The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, as it is only a 5-minute tube ride away from the O2 and easily accessible to the center. It is also conveniently located near the London City Airport and right next to the Excel center. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are pleasantly decorated with modern 'subway' tiles. The staff provide excellent service and are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety of hot options and is plentiful.

There are some minor issues with the breakfast setup, such as queues to get to the food.

Plus, when the Crossrail line opens, it will be even easier to travel around the city. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
